The 2025 vintage captures Marlborough in a beautifully classic year — long, warm days building ripe, expressive fruit, tempered by cool nights that lock in tension and aromatic lift.
Vineyards and Winemaking
Harvest begins in early April at first light, capturing the fruit at its freshest and coolest before the day warms. The grapes are quickly brought to the winery to preserve their bright acidity and pure aromatics, allowing Sauvignon Blanc’s vibrant citrus, tropical notes and fresh green character to shine. This wine is a true expression of place and season, made from 100% of our Southern Coast vineyards.

There’s no mistaking the bouquet and palate of this wine with a pungent, almost urgent varietal core aromas of tropical fruits of pineapple and mango, cape gooseberry and pink grapefruit. A mostly dry wine touches the palate first with crunchy flavours of citrus then tropical fruits, unmistakable apple and fresh herb layers. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028+
